Returns & Refunds Policy
1. Overview
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines your rights and our procedures for returns, refunds, and exchanges for both new and used items.
This policy complies with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
2. Your Right to Cancel (Online Orders)
If you purchase goods online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason.
- You must notify us within 14 days of delivery.
- You then have a further 14 days to return the item.
- Refunds will include the standard delivery cost (if applicable).
Conditions:
- Items must be returned unused and in their original condition (see section 4).
- You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.
3. Faulty, Damaged, or Not as Described Items
Under UK law, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if goods are:
- Faulty
- Not as described
- Not fit for purpose
Timeframes:
- Within 30 days: Full refund available
- After 30 days (up to 6 months): Repair or replacement offered first
We will cover return shipping costs for faulty items.
4. Condition Requirements for Returns
New Items:
- Must be unused, with original packaging, tags, and accessories
- No signs of wear, waxing (for boards), or water use
Used Items:
- Must be returned in the same condition as sold
- Any damage beyond what was originally described may result in a reduced refund
- Listings for used goods are considered part of the item description
5. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear
- Custom-modified or personalised equipment
- Perishable items (e.g. bait, if applicable)
- Safety-critical equipment that has been used (e.g. certain fishing gear if compromised)
- All used equipment is sold as seen and non refundable.
6. Surfboards & Bodyboards (Special Conditions)
Due to the nature of these products:
- Boards must not have been used in water if returned under cancellation rights
- Waxed boards are considered used and may not be eligible for a full refund
- Damage such as dings, cracks, or pressure marks not present at sale will affect refunds
We strongly recommend inspecting boards immediately upon delivery.
7. Fishing Equipment (Special Conditions)
- Rods, reels, and tackle must be unused unless faulty
- Lines, hooks, and terminal tackle must remain sealed
- Used reels showing wear beyond inspection may not be eligible for return
8. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Provide details and (if applicable) photos of the item
- Wait for return authorisation and instructions
Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
9. Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- We may deduct value if the item shows signs of use beyond inspection
10. Exchanges
We offer exchanges subject to stock availability. If unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
11. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty
- We recommend using a tracked and insured service, especially for high-value items like surfboards
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
